2026 bookings

The system does not allow you to create an account in advance.
When making your first online reservation, you must create an account and a password.
Be sure to note your password for future use.
Access to your account allows you to make reservations, complete a payment, or cancel a contract.
Warning! Your contract may include one or two reservations.

As soon as a site is added to the cart for a reservation, breathe! It becomes unavailable to other people for 10 minutes so you can complete the transaction.

Be sure to read the terms and conditions, to avoid unpleasant surprises!

General information

Before the campground opening, reservations are taken only through the online booking platform.
Once the campground has opened, bookings will also be accepted by phone (418-364-3992) and by e-mail ([email protected]).
A maximum of two reservations are allowed per transaction.
The maximum duration of a stay is 21 days.
Before the 1^st Monday of May, no single-night bookings will be accepted for campsites.
Payment by credit card with Visa, Mastercard and American Express for online bookings. At the campground reception desk, debit cards and cash are accepted.
Once a booking has been confirmed, the Carleton-sur-Mer campground agrees to hold the booked campsite until 11 am on the day after the client’s scheduled day of arrival. If we do not receive any notification form the camper after this time, the reservation is cancelled for the entire stay.

Number of people

A maximum number is allowed on the same site:

Additional adults: $6.96 plus taxes per night (up to a maximum of 4 adults per site).

Examples:
2 adults, 4 children: regular rate;
Extra adult: regular rate – $6.96 per person;
5 adults: you will need to book 2 sites.

Priority or Site Allocation

A campsite offered for reservation does not give its occupant a priority to extend his stay beyond the nights that have been paid for.

Administrtive costs

The administrative costs is $6 (taxes included); this fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
When the client book a campsite, he must pay the following amounts :
- Shorter than 4 days: 100% of the total cost must be paid when booking the stay;
- Longer than 5 days: 30% of the total cost must be paid when booking the stay.

Modification and cancellation conditions

Fees of 6 $ (taxes included) is applied for each modification or cancellation to a reservation.
No refund will be given for late arrival or early departure.
For a cancellation or a modification made up to 5 days before the arrival date: Full refund minus the administrative costs.
For a cancellation or a modification made 4 days or less before the arrival date: no refund.
If the reservation had already been postponed or modified for the first time within 4 days or less before the date of the beginning of the stay: no refund.
